5. Organic Eggs

When it comes to simple yet equally delicious breakfast foods that are really beneficial in weight reduction, organic eggs are one of the best-- if not the best-- options out there.

For a long time, the humble egg got an unjustified bad reputation from the food and health industry…

They were seen as the enemy… Now they are one of the MOST RECCOMMENDED foods for weightless and overall health…

NOTE: Doctors recommend no more than 5 eggs per week for optimal benefits

The egg yolk is FULL OF NUTRIENTS as it’s packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

As for the egg whites-- now this is where the money’s at. Egg whites are high in protein and are a great way to stay feeling satiated LONGER and REDUCE your cravings.

Overall, whole eggs, whether scrambled, boiled, deviled, or sunny side up, (but not fried) can make a great breakfast and help you AVOID stomach bloating that you’d otherwise get if you were to have a carbohydrate-heavy breakfast.  

4. Fatty Fish

Fatty fish don’t get enough credit even though their content of healthy fats can truly do WONDERS for the body. Plus they are a real treat for your taste buds…

Those healthy fats, the Omega 3 fatty acids-- and yes, those are the same kind of fat the Omega-3 supplements contain because of how insanely beneficial to the body they are-- they can help in BURNING BELLY FAT and INCREASE WEIGHT LOSS

What can I say about nuts…  A delicious snack packed with countless benefits that aid weight loss and are a great source of protein, healthy fats, fibers, vitamins, and minerals.

Just snacking on a couple of nuts whenever you’re hungry will help you feel full and gratifying for a longer time, thus PREVENTING you from reaching for chips and candy whenever you have a craving.

And just like fatty fish, nuts like cashew and pistachios are packed full of BENEFICIAL omega-3 fatty acids.

But like anything… go easy…  A large handful per day (30grams) is the recommended daily limit. 

2. Avocados

Now this one gets me excited…  

If there’s one common food that the majority of people with flat stomachs eat regularly, it’s definitely avocados.
